Get ready for an East Texas adventure! Caddo Lake and the area surrounding it is a mysterious part of East Texas and rightfully so. The towns here are among the oldest in Texas and are steeped in history.
As a part of the Old South you can almost hear the riverboats churning through the bayous on their way to New Orleans. That's why you may think you are in the French Quarter when you see downtown Jefferson, Texas.
At Caddo Lake, we'll explore the area the best way possible - by boat. We'll charter a pontoon boat that will take us in the backwater sloughs to see the ancient cypress trees that are draped with Spanish Moss. We'll visit Caddo Lake multiple times so you'll get a chance to photograph it in a variety of lighting.
This trip doesn't end at Caddo lake. We'll see the Panola Gardens, take in some culture at Enoch's Stomp Winery, and visit the famous Bear Creek Smokehouse for some wonderful Texas BBQ. Bear Creek is a tourist attraction all on its own and you'll find plenty to photograph on this stop.
We'll also visit the oldest general store in the state. The Jonesville Store is like taking a step back in time. This quaint store has just about everything you are looking for and maybe a thing or two you didn't even know you needed.
In all, this is a fantastic itinerary and you are certain to come away with some fantastic images.

Permits, boat fees, entrance fees, and top-notch photo instruction.
What's not included?
Transportation to and from the shoot locations, lodging, and meal costs.
We will reserve a block of rooms for three nights in Marshall, Texas so that we'll be in the same hotel for the photo instructional parts of the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
To reserve a spot on this photo tour, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required by April 1, 2022
.
If booking within 30 days of the departure date, the total cost of the trip is required in order to
make a reservation.
For payments we accept credit cards through Paypal.

If final payments are not received within 30 days of the departure date, we are allowed to
consider your reservation canceled and can offer that spot to someone else.
If you do cancel, we require written notice in which cancellation fees in the following amounts
will apply:
If canceled within 31 days or more prior to departure- the total cost of the deposit plus a $50 per person administrative fee.
If canceled within 30 days prior to departure - the total cost of the trip fee.
No partial refunds will be made for any reason for parts of the trip that are not used by the
client, itinerary changes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
